退款政策

数字商品退款政策

本店销售的是数字商品（视频课程、课件、模板等可下载内容），不涉及实物发货。由于数字内容一经交付即可被完整获取，我们的退款规则如下：

可退款的情况

• 尚未下载：付款后 7 天内、且未下载任何文件，可申请全额退款。
• 文件无法使用：下载链接失效、文件损坏或内容与页面描述严重不符，我们会在核实后为你补发或全额退款。
• 重复支付：同一订单被重复扣款，重复部分全额退回。

不支持退款的情况

• 已下载全部或部分文件后，以“改变主意”“不再需要”为由申请退款。
• 因个人设备、软件环境不兼容导致无法打开，但文件本身完好的情况（我们会协助解决）。
• 未经授权传播、转售本店内容的行为，我们将终止访问权限且不予退款。

如何申请

发送邮件至 411180007@qq.com，附上订单号与问题说明。我们会在 2 个工作日内回复，退款将在 5–10 个工作日内原路退回。

Refund policy (English)

All products are digital and delivered instantly by download link. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no file has been downloaded, or if the files are broken or materially different from the description. Once files have been downloaded, refunds are not available. To request a refund, email 411180007@qq.com with your order number.
